The room we had was well-equipped with coffee and tea making facilities, a cozy seating area, and an iron with ironing board. the bed was extra comfortable, furnished with both feather and hypo-allergenic pillows. the hotel is situated in a delightful and safe area.

The rooms were clean and had a selection of down and hypo-allergenic pillows. the facilities were impressive, including climate control, a safe, and a microwave oven. the staff were attentive and the location was fantastic, being very close to Fontaine Chrob ou Chouf.

I absolutely loved the decoration at Riad Botanica. The vibrant colors, beautiful furnishings, and modern designs created a welcoming and lively atmosphere. The general areas of the riad, from the courtyard to the rooftop, were well-maintained and visually stunning. As a senior woman, I found the accessibility of the hotel to be excellent. The staff was always available to assist me and ensure that my needs were met. I could easily navigate the riad and felt safe and comfortable during my stay.

I would have preferred if the pool was heated, as it would have been a wonderful addition to my vacation as a senior. However, I understand that this may not be feasible, as other riads in the area do not offer heated pools either.

From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and taken care of. the level of service provided by the staff was extraordinary, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and safety. the riad itself is stunning, with a beautiful courtyard and rooftop. the rooms are tastefully decorated and the breakfast served on the rooftop was delicious. the location of the riad is also perfect, offering a peaceful oasis in the heart of the bustling medina.

I had an amazing stay at a beautiful riad in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, walking distance to all the attractions and shops. The staff, especially Mohamed, went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room was beautifully furnished with comfortable beds and nice amenities. I loved the air conditioning, it was a great relief from the heat. Mohamed even helped arrange my airport transfers and a Tuk Tuk ride to dinner, which was a memorable experience. I highly recommend this riad for a wonderful stay in Marrakesh.

The only small inconvenience was that the riad is not directly accessible by taxi, so there was a short walk from the drop-off point. , it would have been nice if the pool was heated.
