Heating issues in the room can be quite uncomfortable, especially after showers!!! The open roof allows cold air to seep in, which might be a concern during winter months.

The wifi passwords were somewhat confusing since there were multiple networks, and it would be great if the passwords were provided in each room.

Amazing hospitality and stunning decor
My family and I had an unforgettable stay where every detail was carefully curated, from the beautiful decor to the scrumptious breakfast. Mohamed went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home, giving us thoughtful recommendations and even walking us through the local area to ease our minds. On top of that, the location was convenient for exploring the sights of the medina, making it easy to enjoy all Marrakech has to offer. Just a minor note—updating the towels would elevate the experience even further.
